This course is designed to help you develop the knowledge and skills required to manage a project using the Agile Project Management method. By passing the two exams included in the course, you would achieve the Agile Project Management Foundation and Practitioner qualifications, giving you Agile Project Management Practitioner status.

Course Benefits

The Agile Project Management method focuses on those features of the DSDM Astern Agile method that are most important for Agile project managers. It encourages you to perform project work iteratively and incrementally, with each step building on the results of previous steps. It recognizes the authority of the project manager, but also the need for collaboration and teamwork, rather than relying on the traditional ‘command and control’ style of project management. It can be used alongside the PRINCE2® project management method, if required.
