Coaching Agile Certification

Course Overview

This program equips experienced Agile practitioners with the coaching skills, frameworks, and mindset needed to lead and sustain enterprise-wide Agile transformations. Through practical exercises, case studies and coaching practice, participants develop the competence to act as change agents—mentoring teams, coaching leaders, and shaping organisational systems that support lasting Agile ways of working.

Who should attend
Experienced Agile practitioners and delivery leaders who will coach teams or sponsor organisational change—those responsible for enabling Agile adoption across teams, programs and the wider enterprise.

 

Prerequisites

  • Practical experience working on Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)

  • Familiarity with Agile principles and ceremonies (recommended)

 

Learning outcomes - by the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Describe the core elements and stages of an enterprise Agile transformation.

  • Apply enterprise coaching competencies to influence leaders, teams and stakeholders.

  • Diagnose organisational impediments to flow and design interventions to remove them.

  • Facilitate change using coaching, mentoring, teaching and consulting techniques.

  • Create a practical transformation roadmap aligned to business outcomes and metrics.

  1. Transformation fundamentals — drivers, change models, and success measures

  2. Enterprise coaching competencies — presence, listening, powerful questions, feedback

  3. Stakeholder & leadership coaching — influencing strategy, aligning leadership behaviours

  4. Sensing the system — diagnosing culture, structures, practices and value streams

  5. Designing interventions — experiments, pilots, organisational design levers

  6. Coaching teams at scale — patterns for team, program and portfolio-level coaching

  7. Metrics & outcomes — defining leading indicators and measuring impact

  8. Practicum & case studies — role-plays, coaching triads and real-world scenarios
