About the Examination

Starting from December 1, 2023, all candidates must redeem their PeopleCert vouchers before or on the first day of training. The ITIL® 4 Foundation exam assesses your recall and understanding of the ITIL® 4 service management framework.

Exam Format

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • Questions: 40 multiple-choice

  • Passing Score: 26 out of 40 (65%)

  • Closed Book: No reference materials allowed

  • Exam Voucher Included: Part of the training course package
